Engineering faculty receive tenure, promotion

The Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System have awarded tenure and/or promotion to 18 faculty in the Dwight Look College of Engineering.

Dr. B. Don Russell, Russell, Regents Professor and the Harry E. Bovay Jr. Endowed Chair in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, was promoted to Distinguished Professor.

Dr. Jay Porter, Engineering Technology and Industrial Distribution
Dr. David Trejo, Civil Engineering

Receiving tenure and promotion to associate professor:
Dr. Kelly Brumbelow, Civil Engineering
Dr. Sergiy Butenko, Industrial and Systems Engineering

Dr. Juergen Hahn, Chemical Engineering
Dr. Jim Ji, Electrical and Computer Engineering
